All users of SpiritualHelpers.com agree to abide by these two basic spiritual rules:
- Don’t judge.
- Don’t get caught (judging).
We hope that the material on this site helps you learn how to successfully practice these two rules in all facets of your life!
A. GENERAL GUIDELINES AND RULES
All members of SpiritualHelpers.com must abide by the following terms and conditions of use. This user agreement identifies some basic rules and guidelines that are used to resolve complaints we may receive about inappropriate content or user activity.
B. CONTACTING THE MODERATORS
If you are having any issues with another user, or have an issue with specific content on the site, please contact the moderator team by submitting a complaint through our contact page. We will not disclose any names or identify who complained about whom, and will make every effort to address your concern promptly.
C. USER AGREEMENT
- Only one user account is allowed per person.
- English is the only common language allowed on SpiritualHelpers.com. This allows our moderators to ensure consistent compliance with our site rules and guidelines by all users. (A Google translation toolbar is available throughout the site to serve the language needs of individual users.)
- Fair usage policy: A maximum of four blog postings are allowed for each member in any 24-hour period.
- The first comment by new subscribers will be held for review by the moderators prior to being posted on the site. Every effort will be made to release approved comments for posting within 24 hours.
- Comment spam or advertising by general subscribers is not allowed anywhere on the site. Do not upload ad banners; they will be deleted.
- Advertising by approved spiritual mentors and sponsors is allowed throughout the site in designated areas in accordance with the terms of the SpiritualHelpers.com advertising agreement. The forum shall be ad-free.

- Setting up multiple accounts, pretending to be more than one person (use only one account).
3. Actions that incur immediate removal (no chances):
- Abusive and threatening nature.
- Sexual predatory harassment.
- Trying to hack, bring down or manipulate the system.

5. What happens from there?
Written warnings will be given to members who violate these basic principles. Once all warnings are used up then the user account will be removed from the system. If you are reporting the actions of another user, be sure to maintain logs/copies of any material, emails, posts, etc. that supports and validates your reporting. No action can be taken without evidence as per the points above in paragraph (D)(4). If you are having any problems with another user, your first action should be to request them to cease communication. If they persist, then you can notify the site support/moderators regarding a violation of the communication guideline in paragraph (D)(1) above.
6. Banned user return policy
When a user has received three warnings under paragraph (D)(1), or one warning under paragraph (D)(2), they will be banned from the site, but may apply for reinstatement after for a 45-day time-out period. If they attempt to return to the site as a member before the 45 days are completed by using another member name, etc., then they will be permanently banned from the site. After the 45-day time-out period, the member can apply to return to the site by writing an apology to SpiritualHelpers.com without any blame or negativity. The member must take responsibility in their letter for their actions, and show that they can handle being on the site again. The moderators will decide on the member’s potential reinstatement to SpiritualHelpers.com after receipt of the member’s written apology.
